Financial Analyst

Location: Danville, PA

Job Summary: Assists with the completion of financial reporting and planning activities for the SureHealth LLC operating unit. Responsible for various activities completed as part of the accounting cycle including cash management, accounts payable, fixed asset and special projects. Also supports general ledger closing cycle process. Works under supervision of Director of Finance. Works in close cooperation with other finance staff members. Interacts with other SureHealth and CareSite Pharmacy representatives, outside third parties, vendors, and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Performs cash management activities including: Analyzing and initiating month-end cash receipts and disbursements. Preparing short term and long term cash flow projections. Initiating electronic transfers for monthly sales and use tax and quarterly corporate income and capital stock taxes. 2) Performs accounts payable activities including: Approving coding of accounts payable requests to appropriate budgeted general ledger company, account and center, and Exercising oral and written communication with outside vendors regarding invoices, statements, contracts, and other problems that arise. 3) Performs fixed asset accounting including: Preparing and inputting fixed asset activity into DBS fixed asset system. Reconciling fixed asset system to general ledger account balances. Reconciling fixed asset acquisition clearing account balance. Reconciling capital requests and purchases to capital budget. 4) Assists with general ledger closing process including: Preparing journal entries to record financial activity as necessary. Completing general ledger account balance reconciliations. Preparing management reports. 5) Assists with monthly financial statement package preparation. 6) Performs other duties as assigned including special projects, participating in process improvement groups, and assisting other staff members with assigned duties.

Pharmacy Liaison

Location: Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Northern and Southern New Jersey, West Virginia and Virginia

Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day territory management to maximize sales impact in a specified geographical area. Performs review and analysis of market data to develop and implement business plan to increase sales effectiveness. CareSite SpecialtyRx requires aggressive and enthusiastic Pharmacy Liaisons (PL’s) who can articulate the company’s value proposition by providing exceptional quality and customer service to patients, physicians and insurers. PL’s should expect to spend approximately 90% of their time in the field of their prospective territories. The remaining time will be spent in a home office setting for planning, strategizing, etc. In addition to calling on physician practices, hospital departments and insurers, PL’s may be required, at times, to attend industry trade shows, disease specific advocacy group meetings, corporate meetings, etc. Occasional over-night travel required.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Act as a brand champion, ensuring that CareSite’s mission and commitment are understood and communicated with consistency. 2) Stay current on new trends, specialty pharmaceuticals and disease state therapies that will enhance sales efforts. 3) Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning and analysis for assigned territory resulting in an annual sales budget, goals and objectives. 4) Develop, execute and evaluate strategic sales and marketing plans including tactics designed to meet budget levels (patient, script, etc.). 5) Partner/co-market with pharmaceutical representatives to advance CareSite SpecialtyRx sales efforts. 6) Further sales efforts through participation with disease state advocacy groups. 7) Call on prospective physician practices, hospital departments and healthcare insurers in assigned area, communicating with the Director, Specialty Pharmacy regarding new business opportunities. 8) Meet set quota of qualified leads, closed deals as a result of those leads and Sales/Gross Profit objectives as described in compensation plan. 9) Work jointly with Pharmacy Manager and Patient Advocate to deliver a full compliment of services and support to the provider. 10) Provide customer service as required, responding to all customer calls within 2 hours. 11) Communicate to the Director, Specialty Pharmacy any issues that may require additional support. 12) Maintain a professional personal appearance including their vehicle used for company business.

Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist

Location: Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA; State College, PA; Phoenix Metro Area, AZ

Job Summary: Manages CareSite Pharmacy by coordinating the supervision, planning, and administration of retail pharmaceutical services. Functions as the pharmacist at CareSite Pharmacy. Assumes overall responsibility of the pharmacy, including, but not limited to, scheduling, inventory control, marketing, finance, daily and month ending business reconciliation. Implements all policies at the Pharmacy and makes necessary suggestions in making new policies pertaining to Pharmacy. Serves as a link between SureHealth management and staff at the Pharmacy. The position will require extensive marketing to help grow a new location.

Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Interprets and makes necessary professional determinations regarding medication, strength, dosage, and allowable refills and fills all written prescriptions. 2) Prior to filling prescriptions, inspects prescription for accuracy before dispensing medication to customer. 3) Fills all Class II prescriptions. 4) Takes prescription orders from physicians and provides necessary counseling to physicians regarding drug usage. 5) Counsels customers about over-the-counter medications as permitted by state and federal laws. 6) Advises physicians and customers about drug interactions and side effects of medications. 7) Knowledgeable about SH’s pharmacy computer programs, greets and takes prescriptions from customers, and dispenses prescriptions after they are filled. 8) Ensures that the pharmacy is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Responsible for the entire pharmacy operation including cash register operations, cash reconciliation, third-party billing, inventory control, ordering, scheduling, security, policy making, and delegating authority. 9) The pharmacy manager should be able to perform all essential functions of the pharmacist as previously described. 10) The pharmacy manager needs to have excellent customer service skills.

Pharmacy Technician

Location: Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA; State College, PA; Phoenix Metro Area, AZ

Duties and Responsibilities: This position assists the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions by entering information in computer, maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, entering data and other related duties. The position would also require limited prescription deliveries. The successful candidate must have certification from pharmacy technician national board exam or take the exam within 1 year of hire date. Knowledge of QS/1 and medical/pharmaceutical technology and chemical names preferred. Data entry technician experience strongly preferred.
