Our Services

We launched our specialty pharmacy, CareSite Specialty Rx, to meet the complex needs of our chronically ill patients. Our mission is to support these patients by; providing medications quickly and safely, working with insurance companies to get the medication covered and working with providers to ensure the therapies maximum benefit.

Patient Advocates

Once referred to CareSite Specialty Rx, the pharmacy staff will contact you to coordinate medication delivery and give you appropriate contact information. In addition, you will be introduced to your CareSite Specialty Rx Patient Advocate. Your Patient Advocate will be there to:

  • Assist with Co-pay assistance programs
  • Assist you to comply with your physician’s instructions
  • Help you gain better insight into your health conditions
  • Answer your questions regarding medications or other disease state issues
  • Guide you to treatment options, support groups clinical trials and more
