SureHealth LLC, announced today the opening of its specialty pharmacy division which will be based in Wilkes-Barre, PA and operates under the name of CareSite Specialty Rx. Their unique approach will serve the needs of physicians and high-risk patients by coordinating access, delivery and medication therapy management to insure the best available results from their prescribed therapies.

These special physician and patient needs provided the inspiration for SureHealth to add this division to its network of 12 medical office based retail pharmacies that operate under the CareSite Pharmacy brand throughout PA and AZ. CareSite Specialty Rx will allow the company to leverage its delivery model to better meet the changing needs of the community patient population.
The core of the CareSite Specialty Rx approach is the locally based Patient Advocates who are assigned to work with every patient. Each Patient Advocate will work with patients to make sure that they have the greatest chance of success while they utilize their prescribed therapy. The Patient Advocate will coordinate everything from issues with insurance, timely delivery of medications, drug interaction questions, compliance interventions or any other issue affecting the success of their therapy.
